Animals that won't stay still

I am planning to spend more time doing some very quick sketches of people and animals. Since they will not stay still I have to discipline myself to really 'see' and then draw what I see as quickly and accurately as possible and then as much as possible from memory. Apart from that I try not to make things up or over adjust the drawing. I am aiming to capture the character in the moment. The more I practise it the more natural it becomes.
